Our Mission

Red2Blue mobilizes volunteers to support community-based campaigns to elect Democrats to state and local offices, especially state legislatures. We prioritize candidates from groups that have been historically underrepresented in government to make progress towards a just and equitable society.

Our Values

Champion equity

We work to advance social, racial, economic, and disability justice. We believe that diversity in our nation’s halls of power will lead to a more just and equitable society.

Support communities driving change

We provide our volunteer support to campaigns, partners, groups, and candidates, knowing that those “on the ground” have the deepest knowledge of the contexts in which they operate. 

Learn and improve

We value and recognize effort and excellence, acknowledging that there is always an opportunity to learn and do better. We seek to learn from voters, partners, and campaigns.

Foster Engagement

We are a group of committed and passionate volunteers from around the nation. We seek input and feedback from active members, campaigns, and partners as much as possible, and support one another to collaborate and take leadership.
